We’ve got BIG plans and need incredible leaders to support our growth. We are looking for superstar Supervisors and Bartenders who want to develop their managerial careers within hospitality as we grow our business. You’ll receive an introduction to the business like no other, spending time with Company allowing you to understand the business like never before. You’ll also receive our world class cocktail training, giving you all the tools, you need before we appoint you into one of our amazing London venues.


What We Are Looking For:

As a Manager-In-Training, you will be a cocktail-making expert who not only crafts our unique concoctions, but do so with lightning-fast speed and precision. You'll be intuitive, socially interactive, and obsessed with the smallest details. You'll enjoy engaging with our guests and take immense pride in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences every single time.


We will also start you on our amazing Training Course to become a Manager with us straight away!


You will have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Bartender looking to grow into Management
  • Passion for delivering for your customers.
  • Experience developing a team.
  • Familiar with stock management, rotas and/or licensing.
  • A love of hospitality.
  • Build relationships with all employees.
  • Guide and motivate the Team towards delivering unforgettable experiences and support their development.
  • Eagerness to learn all things Nightcap.


Responsibilities:

Once you are in a venue you’ll be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing procedures for a late-night bar.
  • Running off-peak shifts.
  • Leading the Bar & Floor Team
  • Not afraid to start a party!
