Marketing Manager - Luna Springs
We are looking for an incredible Marketing Manager, part time (3 days) for our formidable Luna Springs venue in Digbeth Birmingham.

Overview of the role:
As a Marketing Manager you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with brand vision and business goals. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who collaborates well in a team, and can elevate of brands’ presence, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. You will be solely responsible for all marketing activity at our event business: Luna Springs in Digbeth.
Responsibilities:
- Social media: Daily management of Luna’s Social Media Platforms which are FB, Insta & TikTok
- Booking and managing the influencer strategy for Luna
- Briefing and completing all design requests, planning the timeline, and working with our internal design team
- Manging all print requests for the venue aligning with the venue budget and working with the operations teams on this
- Building a relationship and liaising with the promoters for Luna to manage marketing activity, signing off content, scheduling CRM mailers, SMS sends and competitions
- Manging the partnership with Skiddle
- Weekly content calendar and scheduling all content
- Managing partnership with Yuup
- Working with food and drinks suppliers to create activity for the venue, liaising with suppliers on creating opportunities for them to drive volume
- Working with the digital team to plan paid media for Luna activity
- Working with Digbeth channels to schedule content and build partnership opportunities
- Liaising with local press for new events and managing press launches and launch nights
- Managing brand partnerships for the venue
- Booking and managing all photography and videography
Necessary experience:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Marketing Manager role within the hospitality sector, with a solid understanding of brand marketing campaigns as well as a good understanding of the digital marketing mix.

- Fantastic copywriting skills – the role will be copywriting heavy transitioning between different tones of voice.

- Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to put your ideas forward.
- Have a positive attitude with a YES mentality.
