This is a FULL TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 7, and a wage starting at £11.44 per hour!

What We Need:

As a Host/Hostess, you will greet and welcome customers, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests' reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is!
Escort guests to their tables and give them the best tour around our menus. We want to hear your recommendations.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the entryway, waiting area, and restrooms.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the host stand and organizing reservation books.

Skills and Experience:

Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise.

The menu features seasonal dishes and is designed to showcase traditional British dishes sourced from the best UK suppliers.
