Hidden Society: The 2026 Vision is coming to Fitzrovia. We’re opening a new cocktail bar rooted in quality, intention, and considered hospitality. This is a venue designed for people who care deeply about craft, standards, and how guests feel when they sit at the bar.

Every great masterpiece needs a foundation. As our Bar Back, you are the backbone of the Society. You are the engine that allows our "Artists" and "Apprentices" to perform. You are responsible for the flow, the prep, and the pristine standards that make our sanctuary possible.

Our Goal: To curate a sanctuary of intellectual warmth so that people can quiet the noise of the city and hear their own thoughts again.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

The Engine of Service

• Ensuring the "Apprentices" (Bartenders) never run out of the tools they need to create.
• Managing ice, glassware, and stock with the speed and silence of a shadow.
• Maintaining the look of the bar—ensuring no clutter or "Public Chaos" enters the workspace.

The Craft of Prep

• Working closely with the Sensei (Bar Manager) and Artist (Head Bartender) to prepare high-quality ingredients.
• Understanding that a perfectly polished glass or a ice block is an essential part of the guest’s "Awe."

Atmospheric Integrity

• Supporting the Curators (Hosts) in resetting the room so that every new guest feels they are the first to discover the secret.
• Keeping the "Back of House" as organized as the "Exhibition" - because we believe how you do one thing is how you do everything.

• We are looking for the "Silent Heroes" of hospitality.
• You are proactive, energetic, and always thinking two steps ahead of the bartenders.
• You take pride in "The Unseen Details"—you find satisfaction in a perfectly organized fridge or a gleaming bar top.
• You want to learn. This isn't just a job; it’s an entry into the Society. We look for Bar Backs who want to become the next generation of Apprentices (Bartenders).
• You understand that without the "Engine," the "Sanctuary" cannot exist.
