Ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Bar Manager to join The Cocktail Club!

Whether you're an experienced Bar Supervisor looking to step up or already have management experience, we want to hear from you. You'll help keep things running smoothly, bring the best out of your team and make sure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping run the day-to-day operations of the bar and making sure everything is ready for service.
• Leading, motivating and supporting the team to deliver great service.
• Running shifts and managing opening and closing procedures.
• Making sure our guests have a fantastic time and handling any feedback along the way.
• Supporting with stock control, deliveries and general bar operations.
• Helping train and develop team members.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a busy bar as a Bar Supervisor, Team Leader or similar.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Late-night or cocktail bar experience is a bonus!
• A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, reliable and adaptable.
• Some knowledge of stock control and licensing.
