What We Need:

As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Management Team in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your focus will be on maintaining a high level of customer service, managing the floor staff, and contributing to the bar's overall success.

Even if you’re new to the cocktail game, don’t worry, we have the best trainers in the industry to teach you everything you need to know about cocktails.

Responsibilities:

Experience in opening and closing procedures for a late-night bar.
Running the Floor and managing the Floor Team.
Ready to run off-peak shifts.
Capable of handling different bookings at the same time, deal with our guests' reservations and make sure that they receive the most iconic welcome there is!
Escort guests to their tables and give them the best tour around our cocktail menu. We want to hear your recommendations.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information to guests over the phone.
Manage Bookings, Packages & Reviews
Build relationships with all employees.
Guide and motivate the Team towards delivering unforgettable experiences and support their development.

Skills and Experience:

We're looking ideally for Floor Manager with at least x1 year of experience.
Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Honest, hardworking and a team player.
Confident, self-motivated, and driven professional.
A multi-tasker who is fast and charismatic.
Have experience with Cocktail bartending and free pouring is desired, but not essential.
Strong communication skills to interact with guests in a polite and engaging manner.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of guests during busy times.
Positive and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Problem-solving skills to handle guest inquiries and address any issues that may arise.
Not afraid to start a party!
