Hidden Society: The 2026 Vision is coming to Fitzrovia. We’re opening a new cocktail bar rooted in quality, intention, and considered hospitality. This is a venue designed for people who care deeply about craft, standards, and how guests feel when they sit at the bar.
As Host or as we like to say “Curator”, you are the guardian of the atmosphere. You are the first person to welcome our guests into our Society and the one who ensures the "Private Calm" is maintained throughout their stay. You don't just "seat tables"; you manage the energy of the room.
Our Goal: To curate a sanctuary of intellectual warmth so that people can quiet the noise of the city and hear their own thoughts again.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Owning the Room
- The Transition (Anxiety to Awe), mastering the entry ritual: Moving guests from the "Public Chaos" of the street through our door and into the "Private Calm" of our home.
- Welcoming guests with calm confidence and genuine warmth
- Managing arrivals, seating, and pacing to protect the atmosphere and delivering the "Gift of Water" immediately—the first step in lowering the guest's heart rate and welcoming them into our sanctuary.
- Acting as the anchor point between guests, bar, and management
Guest Experience
- Managing bookings, walk-ins, and waitlists using platforms such as DesignMyNight
- Communicating clearly with guests about the experience, timings, and flow of the room
- Ensuring the guest's departure is as thoughtful as their arrival.
- Delivering the "Parting Gift"—a quote, a secret invite, or a personalized thank you that stays with them long after they leave.
Standards & Detail
- Supporting resets and keeping the space guest-ready at all times
- Observing the room like a gallery curator. You notice the lighting, the scent, and the volume of the conversation, ensuring every guest feels “hidden” from the world, but deeply "seen" by us.
- Introducing our Menu with confidence and warmth.
- Explaining the concept and the "Why" behind our space to curious guests.
Team & Communication
- Working closely with bartenders and managers to support seamless service
- Communicating calmly during busy moments
- Contributing to a respectful, professional team culture
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for Masters of Atmosphere who believe that hospitality is a fine art.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable using digital booking tools such as DesignMyNight
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication across all levels
- You understand that "Privacy is the New Luxury" and you know how to respect a guest's space while still being attentive.
- You take pride in the "unseen details"—a straight coaster, a perfectly placed book, a flickering candle.
- Understands that great hospitality often happens quietly
