We’ve got BIG plans and need incredible leaders to support our growth. We are looking for Assistant Managers to join the team, you’ll receive an introduction to the business like no other, spending time with Company allowing you to understand the business like never before. You’ll also receive our world class cocktail training, giving you all the tools, you need before we appoint you into one of our amazing London venues.


What We Need:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Management Team in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your focus will be on maintaining a high level of customer service, managing the bar staff, and contributing to the bar's overall success.


Even if you’re new to the cocktail game, don’t worry, we have the best trainers in the industry to teach you everything you need to know about cocktails.


You will have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Bartender looking to grow into Management
  • Passion for delivering for your customers.
  • Experience developing a team.
  • Familiar with stock management, rotas and/or licensing.
  • A love of hospitality.
  • Build relationships with all employees.
  • Guide and motivate the Team towards delivering unforgettable experiences and support their development.
  • Eagerness to learn all things Nightcap.


Responsibilities:


Once you are in a venue you’ll be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing procedures for a late-night bar.
  • Running off-peak shifts.
  • Leading the Bar & Floor Team
  • Not afraid to start a party!
