Whether you're an experienced Senior Sous ready to lead, or a rising star hungry for your next challenge, we’re looking for talented Sous Chefs to help us deliver creative, high-quality food across all our outlets.
🔥 What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and supervise service across multiple sections.
- Support or deputise for the Head Chef, depending on experience.
- Help train and develop the wider kitchen team.
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP).
- Contribute to exciting seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.
- Foster a collaborative and positive kitchen culture – even when it’s busy.
👩🍳 What We’re Looking For:
- Sous Chefs at all levels – whether you’ve just stepped up or have years of experience.
- A real passion for food, flavour, and presentation.
- Great communication and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of allergens, HACCP, and kitchen safety.
- Experience in high-volume service or events is a big bonus.
