We're looking for a General Manager who loves being in the middle of the action. Someone who enjoys building teams, creating unforgettable guest experiences, and making a real impact on a business.

This is an opportunity to lead a busy late-night venue in the heart of the City. We're looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a venue that guests want to come back to time and time again.

Whether you're already a General Manager or an ambitious Deputy/Assistant General Manager ready for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Leading busy shifts and setting the tone for every service
• Building, coaching and developing a high-performing team
• Driving sales, profitability and overall venue performance
• Managing labour, stock, compliance and financial performance
• Delivering consistently great guest experiences
• Taking ownership of your venue and treating it like your own business

What we're looking for

• An experienced hospitality leader who is ready to make an impact – whether you're already a General Manager or a high-performing Deputy/Assistant General Manager looking for the next step
• Someone who leads from the front and enjoys being visible on the floor
• A commercially minded operator who understands how to drive performance
• Passion for cocktails, nightlife and creating memorable guest experiences
• Positive energy, resilience and a genuine love for hospitality
• Someone who enjoys a challenge and wants to make a real impact
