Overview of the role:

As a Marketing Manager you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with brand vision and business goals. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who collaborates well in a team, and can elevate of brands’ presence, engage customers, and drive revenue growth.


· Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue generation across the estate.

· Lead on marketing activity across our diverse range of brands, include hard-hitting campaigns which turn the dial and lead the way in hospitality – this is a very creative role! – this includes overseeing digital marketing, social media channels, PR, events and partnerships.

· Maintain and enhance our brand identities through consistent messaging and design as per each brand’s guidelines.

· Working with our digital team to bring to life your brand online. Working with the team to create a clear content plan by each of your brands and by channel.

· Planning and carrying out photo and video shoots across our brands – this requires content planning in advance, thinking about the relevant look and feel for our target audiences – there is a massive emphasis on UGC.

· Briefing in graphic design for campaigns and events, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines.

· Manage your allocated marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum results.

· Creating briefs for our ops teams to ensure they are aware of upcoming campaign activity, as well as offers and anything else that requires communication.

· Manage your budget effectively and maximise supplier income where possible.

· Analyse campaigns after completion using data analytics to measure effectiveness, tracking ROI, and using the data to make informed future decision.

· Must stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competition analysis, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.

Necessary experience:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Marketing Manager role within the hospitality sector, with a solid understanding of brand marketing campaigns as well as a good understanding of the digital marketing mix.

Skills Required:

· Creative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Have a passion for marketing within the hospitality sector.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Fantastic copywriting skills – the role will be copywriting heavy transitioning between different tones of voice.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft creative content.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.

· Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to put your ideas forward.

· Have a positive attitude with a YES mentality.

· Have good time-keeping skills – deadlines are crucial.

· Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.

Desired experience:

  • Light graphic design skills
