As a Host at Brighton i360, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests throughout their visit. You will work across a variety of operational areas, including the ticket office, the pod, and our retail store. Your role will be integral in creating a welcoming and memorable experience, contributing to the overall success of Brighton i360.
Guest Experience & Hosting:
- Provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to all guests, ensuring they have a memorable visit.
- Deliver welcoming speeches confidently, engage with guests in a personable manner, and create a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Host and interact with guests throughout their visit, offering information about Brighton i360 and its attractions.
- Assist with the efficient boarding and disembarkation of guests to and from the pod.
- Ensure guests' safety and well-being, acting as a first aider when required.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution in line with our service standards.
- Assist in managing up to 200 guests during any operational disruptions, providing clear communication and reassurance.
Ticketing & Retail Sales:
- Sell tickets and check-in groups, providing an efficient and friendly service.
- Upsell a range of ticket packages and retail products to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of all ticketing and retail offerings.
- Operate the Maxim ticketing and retail EPOS system efficiently.
Operational Duties & Safety Compliance:
- Operate pod controls in line with pre-defined procedures to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
- Adhere to all Brighton i360 policies and procedures, ensuring safety and security measures are strictly followed.
- Support team members across various operational roles as required.
- Undertake any additional duties that fall within the scope of the role.
