We are looking for standout people to come and make a real impact in the business! Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.</li><li>Handle P&amp;L management, stock control, meeting targets, and submitting reports.</li><li>Be a creative manager, coming up with innovative ideas to make your bar the best place to visit and work.</li><li>Manage and develop a team of professionals, inspiring and incentivise them to deliver 5-star service.</li><li>Ensure compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health &amp; safety standards.</li><li>Organize team rotas and efficiently manage labour.</li></ul> Skills and Experience:<ul><li>First-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.</li><li>Confident with handling money and strong business acumen.</li><li>Excellent leadership, training, and team-building skills.</li><li>Methodical, thorough, and effective problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Approachable, self-motivated, and driven with excellent communication skills.</li><li>You’ll need to be a hands-on manager who isn’t afraid to get behind a station when your team is in the weeds and smash out those dozen Old Fashions!</li></ul> Our Clapham venue will soon be moving to a 7 day a week opening, the venue also has a capacity of 130.If you enjoy mixing up delicious cocktails and providing excellent service to create memorable experiences for our guests, then we would be delighted to hear from you.
