Floortender’s love people! You’re sometimes the first to greet them, so we want you to give them a great first impression. This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME vacancy, with shifts based over (ENTER DAYS), and a wage starting at £(ENTER AMOUNT) per hour! Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.</li><li>Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.</li><li>Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.</li><li>Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.</li><li>Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.</li></ul> Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.</li><li>Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.</li><li>Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.</li><li>Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.</li></ul> If you enjoy mixing up delicious cocktails and providing excellent service to create memorable experiences for our guests, then we would be delighted to hear from you.
