What We Need:We are looking for experience, attentive and engaging Floor Staff to keep the service smooth, deliver our products with pride and passion and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where our guests can enjoy themselves. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greeting the guests’ as they enter and settle down at the venue and introducing them to the menus.</li><li>Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food menus.</li><li>Ensures guests has proper silverware, napkin, share plates when delivering food.</li><li>Taking the guests’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation.</li><li>Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables.</li><li>Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments.</li><li>Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials.</li><li>Ensuring cleanliness in the venue.</li><li>Help to keep kitchen station clean and organized.</li><li>Assist all servers, bartenders and managers with carrying of plates.</li><li>Communicate effectively and courteously with guests, and co-workers.</li><li>Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies)</li><li>Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.</li><li>Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.</li></ul> Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.</li><li>Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.</li><li>Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.</li><li>Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.</li></ul> About us:Nightcap is an award-winning operator in the late-night bar scene.
